Terms & Conditions: Virtual Bell Target League

Welcome to UK Virtual Air Rifle League (the "Platform"). By creating an account, submitting target scores, or participating in any league, ladder, or competition on this Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

• Club Membership: Participants must be active members of a recognised air rifle/airgun club or facility where Bell Target shooting is conducted in accordance with local laws and safety guidelines.
• Account Responsibility: Each member is permitted only one account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activity occurring under your account.
• Age Requirement: Shooters under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent/guardian or qualified club supervisor to participate and register.

• Safety First: Safety is paramount. All shooting activity must strictly adhere to NSRA (or relevant national governing body) safety rules and the local rules of your host club.
• Legal Compliance: Members are solely responsible for ensuring their equipment (rifles, pellets, power limits) complies with all applicable local and national gun laws.
• Platform Exemption: UK Virtual Air Rifle League does not organise, supervise, or monitor physical shooting sessions. We accept zero liability for any physical injury, property damage, or legal issues arising during shooting activities at member clubs.

• Honour System & Fair Play: Virtual Bell Target relies heavily on integrity. All scores submitted must represent actual, verified shots fired by the account owner during an official or recognised practice/match session.
• Verification & Proof: Scores must be submitted within 48 hours of completing the shoot.
• Scores must be countersigned or verified by a designated club official, Range Conducting Officer (RCO), or fellow club member if required by specific league rules.
• The Platform reserves the right to request photo or video evidence of target scorecards/bell targets at any time.
• Target Specifications: All shots must be fired at standard, compliant Bell Target setups (e.g. standard 3/8" or 5mm centre hole targets at the official distance of 6 or 7 yards (18 or 21 feet)).

• Rankings Calculation: League tables and rankings are calculated automatically based on approved score submissions using the Platform's scoring algorithm.
• Disputes: If a score is disputed, members must notify league administrators within 7 days of posting. The decision of the Platform administrators regarding score validation or adjustment is final.
• Rule Violations: Submitting false scores, manipulating images, shooting off-spec targets, or impersonating another shooter will result in an immediate ban from the league and cancellation of all submitted scores.

• Submitted Media: By uploading target photos, score sheets, avatar images, or videos to the Platform, you grant UK Virtual Air Rifle League a non-exclusive licence to use, display, and share this content for league management, publicity, and social media promotion.
• Privacy: Personal details (such as email addresses) will never be sold. Public profiles will display your registered shooter name, affiliated club, scores, and rankings.

• Rule Changes: UK Virtual Air Rifle League reserves the right to amend league rules, scoring systems, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email or platform announcement.
• Platform Maintenance: We aim for maximum uptime, but accept no liability for missed score deadlines due to technical outages. Reasonable extensions will be granted in the event of platform downtime.

UK Virtual Air Rifle League reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without notice for breach of these terms, unsportsmanlike behaviour, harassment of other members, or bringing the sport of Bell Target into disrepute.
